Yes, we have real offices on Vancouver Island, and are real local people. You can work with us either remote, by phone, video call, or in person.

Of course there are cases where we cannot help due to particular circumstances and we will do our best to help you find a quality alternate option or service that is better suited for your specific situation.

Why not go directly to a Bankrupcy Trustee?
Bankruptcy Trustees (aka LIT’s) in fact work for the benefit of the creditors (the banks), not you. They are not free, they are private companies, and they get paid a commission ranging from 20-50% for collecting off of you. So although they claim they are there for you they cannot actually advocate for you or represent your best interest due to the inherent conflict of interest that they have between you and the banks that they have a legal duty to.
How long does the process take?
FAST, we are extremely fast. we have helped people become debt free and have great credit in unbelievably short amounts of time in less than 1 year in some cases. The timeline is up to you, not us. The initial set up process takes about a week or two to get you to the point where you have built a plan to lower your payments. Then we work with you over the period of about a year or more to help you fully rebuild your credit and. The entire process can be as quick as you are able depending on your circumstances, or many people need a longer time line to pay off their lowered debt plan and so it is individual to every situation, but the most amount of time it can take is 6 years to be fully debt free and have rebuilt your credit. The timeline is up to you, not us.
How much will working with Debt Victoria cost?
We have NO up front fees and our goal is that we have no net cost to you.
You owe a lot of money right now before you work with us, and if we can help you make a successful plan to quickly reduce your debt and if you act on that plan then your payments drastically reduced and so we then work our very small fee into your new much lowered monthly budget so that your overall monthly cost (including our portion) is much lower and far more affordable than it was before you met us.
